Quick Actions Palette

Finding your way to the right experiment should not mean clicking through several menus. A new quick-actions command palette lets you jump straight to any experiment by ID or name, and reach common actions from anywhere in Pagent with a single keystroke.

We also rearranged navigation so the things you use most often sit at the top, cutting down on the number of clicks it takes to get where you are going.

If you spend a lot of time moving between tests, this should make Pagent feel noticeably faster to work in day to day.
